How to make jam tart

Prepare the shortcrust pastrywrap it in plastic wrap and put it away in the fridge for 30 minutes.

After this time, take the shortcrust pastry and roll it out with a rolling pin until a sheet of a few millimeters is obtained. Roll the pastry on the rolling pin and unroll it on the greased and floured pan. If you use the attacking SPRAY it will not be necessary to flour.

For the tarts I use one MOLD FOR TARTS with removable bottom that you find on Amazon->

Make the pastry adhere to the pan and then pass the rolling pin on the edges to remove the excess pastry. Prick the bottom with the tines of the fork.

NOTE: if it is summer, before making the strips I suggest you place the pastry on a sheet of parchment paper and put it in Freezer for about 10 minutes. If the pastry is cold it will be easier to both cut the straight strips and put them on the tart!

To decorate the tart you can place it first 4 strips and then lay it down other 4 above diagonally.
