Tart with dried fruit (Simple and Greedy): very easy recipe!

There tart with dried fruit it’s a sweet super Fanciful; a shell of Shortcrust pastry which contains a delicious filling of Dried fruit And Marmalade. A very recipe Easy that you can make with the dried fruit you like or have in the Pantry: Hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, walnuts, pine nuts, cashews and pecan nutsn. To make it all more Fanciful you can also add someRaisins, of the Crumbled macaroons or of Chocolate chips.

As for the marmaladevi Advise to use one since neutral taste that does not cover the flavor of dried fruit. I used mine white melon jam but you can also use that of apricots. As for the Shortcrust pastry, instead, I used that Whole wheatI love his Rustic texture! Alternatively, the classic shortcrust pastry. Follow the recipe and make this delicious tart that keeps for several days.

For the shortcrust pastry:

  • 330 gr wholemeal flour (or 300 grams of flour 00)
  • 150 gr butter
  • 100 gr sugar
  • 1 egg + 1 yolk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

For the stuffing:

  • 200 gr mixed dried fruit
  • 200 gr melon jam or apricot
  • 50 gr raisins or chocolate chips
  • 10 Amaretti biscuits optional
  • 1 socket cinnamon

How to make a tart with dried fruit

Prepare the Integral Pastrywrap it in plastic wrap and keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes. If you prefer you can use the classic shortcrust pastry.

Mix the dried fruit (I used Almonds, Hazelnuts, Pistachios, Walnuts and Pine Nuts) and roughly cut it with a knife.

To the dried fruit add theraisins recovered in water (or the chocolate chips) and the melon jam (or apricot). Scented with a little cinnamon.

Stir and set aside.

Roll out the shortcrust pastry and line the previously greased pan. Remove the excess shortcrust pastry and prick the bottom with the prongs of the fork.

Pour the dried fruit into the tart and level with a spoon.

Bake the tart in ventilated oven preheated a 180 * for 30 minutes, middle oven shelf. If you use the static function it may take 10 minutes more. Remove from the oven, let cool and then remove from the mold.
