Spaghetti alla San Giovannella, the first mouth-watering one. Creamy and fast, everything is done in a pan in 10 minutes. A simple and tasty dish, this spaghetti can be cooked quickly and easily. So let’s see how they are prepared and what the ingredients are.

Ingredients

  • 500 g of spaghetti
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • 400 g of minced meat
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste
  • 400 g of champignon mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 150 g of mozzarella
  • 300 ml of cooking cream
  • grated parmesan to taste

Preparation

Let’s prepare this very simple recipe starting from taking a large pan, perhaps with the edges and brown the garlic cloves for a few minutes in a drizzle of oil (do not skimp, but not abundant since they are very seasoned). Once the garlic is colored, add the champignon mushrooms and let them brown for a few minutes. We add salt and pepper.

We stir occasionally and put the minced meat. It will begin to hunt its whey, let it dry, but let’s not dry it (so watch out for cooking). We also put the tomato paste and mix. At this point, turn off the heat: add the cream and mix well.

While we are making our sauce, we put a pot of water on the stove. Bring to a boil, and lower the pasta and salt. Once the pasta is cooked, drain the same pasta in the sauce (if you help yourself with a notched spaghetti ladle you will see that you will bring the cooking water with the same pasta). Let the sauce dry and once it reaches its creaminess, turn off the heat and wait a couple of minutes. Sprinkle some parmesan and enjoy your meal.
