Today I was particularly inspired and decided to try a new recipe for my sea bream fillets. The Potatoes I’m a great Classic with fish but I decided to add i Mushrooms and the Delicate Pumpkin. The pairing really is Perfectthe fish turns out Soft and Tasty with a very tasty side dish! I called her”Autumn Bream!“… how about?

Portions: 2 Portions
- 4 fillets sea bream
- 2 potatoes big
- 1 piece pumpkin
- 6 Champignon mushrooms
- olive oil
- rosemary, thyme, marjoram
How to make sea bream fillets with potatoes, mushrooms and pumpkin
Peel the potatoes and slice them a thin slices. Grease the pan with a drizzle of oil and arrange the potatoes on the bottom, overlapping them slightly. Add some salt, pepper, chopped rosemary and a drizzle of olive oil.
Cut the pumpkin into thin slices and place them on top of the potatoes. The Delica pumpkin is perfect because it is easily sliced and can be eaten with all the peel. Season with salt, add the chopped rosemary and a drizzle of oil.
Finally, clean the mushrooms, wash them and slice them. Arrange them in the pan and season with salt, oil and parsley.
