Pasta with zucchini and courgette flowers (Creamy): recipe in 20 minutes!

How to make pasta with zucchini and courgette flowers

Clean the courgette flowers by removing the stalk and pistil. Wash and drain them. Keep them aside.

Peel the courgette, wash it and cut it into small pieces. I cut it first in 2, then I cut each half in 4 and then I make a diced.

In a large-bottomed saucepan pour a generous round of olive oil and add the garlic cloves.

As soon as the garlic begins to fry, add the zucchini. Salt and sauté 2 minutes together with the sauté.

Add the courgette flowers and half a glass of water. If you like, add a few basil leaves to the perfume. Cover and cook. Stir occasionally.

In a few minutes, the ingredients will be cooked. Eliminate the garlic.

Take half of them and put them in a jug with the cooking juices. Blend with the mixer until you get a puree.

Pour it into the saucepan.

Cook the pasta and when there are 2 minutes left at the end of cooking, drain it and transfer it to the saucepan with the sauce. Stir until the cooking is complete. Add pasta cooking water as needed.

When cooked, remove from heat, add a couple of tablespoons of cheese, and mix.

Your pasta with zucchini and creamy courgette flowers is ready. Serve it with ground black pepper.
