How to make beans all’uccelletto

If you prepare this recipe with i dried beans, the night before, soak the cannellini beans in cold water. The next day, cook them in plenty of water with 1 onion, 1 stick of celery and 1 carrot.

I often prepare them with i precooked beans which are very good.

In a large-bottomed saucepan pour a dash of olive oil and add the chilli, garlic cloves and sage leaves.


As soon as the garlic begins to fry, add the chopped tomatoes or the peeled tomatoes and sauté for a couple of minutes until softened.
